Could not recommend this place enough! BEAUTIFUL panoramic views and the perfect bar area to eat breakfast and look out into the ocean and beach. My husband and I enjoyed our mini vacation in the perfect condo. Will definitely be back for our next trip!!

Place was as described. Other guests were friendly. It was clean. The Toilet and shower drained very slow. Was afraid with too long of a shower, shower basin would overflow. There was a $30 parking fee I wasn’t aware of or possibly overlooked. It was just my daughter and myself so it was perfect for us for a few days but if you plan on having more people storage is very limited. They did provide 2 luggage stands but other than that there wasn’t much storage space. It was first door down the hall so your close to the balcony seating area and elevator. They also provide plenty if luggage carts and parking is close. Pool was very nice but wouldnt call what they consider a spa a spa. It was a kiddie pool. No jets. Same temp as the pool. Overall stay was very nice and would 100% use this place again for the two of us.

We are very happy with our stay. The condo is gorgeous and had everything we needed. Great location and the kiddos loved how close the pool was to the unit. Getting around town was a quick walk or a fun bike ride to other areas. The best part was our amazing family time! Priceless!

we had a amazing stay here. when we arrived we did have to pay for a $30 parking pass. everything inside the room looked exactly like the pictures. the side view of the beach was a plus. we did have a slight issue with the shower, but we figured it out. overall, our stay was great! everything was clean and the area was perfect. we’re definitely planning on coming back.

We had a great stay! I love that the beach in front of this area is less populated. Only thing is there is a smell in the bathroom that was noticeable like other guests have stated. I didn't knock my rating down for the unit due to it. I am assuming it is a building issue. Loved we could pay $20 for early check in as well.

The place was super nice and clean! We had an issue with the fridge not cooling but they got back to us immediately and resolved it within the same hour. The view was amazing and the beds/sleeping arrangements were comfortable and roomey. If I come back to the area I would definitely book here again!

Top of the Gulf is nice condo building with excellent location on the beach. other residents were very nice. The unit was clean and had everything which you might need for a night. I was a solo traveler. would recommend this to friends!

Unwind in this family friendly waterfront beach retreat. The incredible ocean views and direct beach access will make you wish your vacation would last forever.

This condo is an absolute gem. The bedroom has a king bed and the common area has twin bunk beds, and a queen sleeper sofa. The condo has 1.5 baths and the kitchen comes fully equipped. Living room and bedroom have smart TVs for relaxing after a day at the beach!

The condo is as described. It is a great location and the Summit offers a lot of amenities. I will say the condo is a bit outdated and needs some tlc. Maybe some more sauce pans and utensils, but to be honest we were rarely in the condo. I had a few issues upon checking and the host responded and attended to those issues immediately making sure they were taken care of. That is why my rating is so high. While the condo could be updated, the service provided when concerns voiced exceeded expectations. Myself and my two children had a wonderful memorable vacation.

My husband & I are already looking to book for next year! It was so family friendly, clean & plenty of staff. Beach was busy but not crowded & everyone still had space. The food was great & you’re right down the street from down town Panama City! The beach was an easy walk from elevators, pool was great & all of the staff was so friendly & helpful

The Summit hotel itself was very nice. The unit we stayed in was okay but they need to fix the mold in the ceiling and some missing tiles in the bathroom.

Upon check in I always inspect the property and take pictures of previous damage and any little things I find. The door knobs are way outdated and do not lock, the ac filter looks like it had not been changed in years, you can see visible cracks in the ceiling and the molding along with some mold in the bathroom and living room area, only 2 of the 4 eyes on the stove worked, the oven smoked like crazy, the previous tenants left a clump of food in the dishwasher and it smelt horrible, the stove hood fan did not work either. The place really needs to be updated it has really<br/>Old fixtures and a horrible smell. Also, we were no told that there was construction going on during this time so we had ropes hanging from the balconies and 1 pool was totally closed due to the construction. Issues were discussed with the host and they did do what they could to make it right. Overall we had fun but the room needs work and needs to be updated.

Firstly, the chairs and umbrella that are "included" with the unit are nowhere to be found, and when we contacted the host, we got no response until the end of the week saying "we don't know where they went". We were also not informed on the construction happening around the unit which began at 8:00 am every single day, and we nearly had to scream at each other to hear each other. Additionally, we had numerous plumbing issues throughout the whole week, requiring maintenance to be in the room every single day, making our bathroom unusable for multiple hours a day. This included a broken shower handle, a leaking shower, and also a shower flood that ruined much of our belongings and flooded the entire bedroom. After addressing these issues at the end of the week, the host was very condescending and basically told us how lucky we were to stay here and the plumbing issues "shouldn't have impacted our stay". We will not be booking with Emerald View Vacations going forward.
