Our Process
The first step to getting your property on-boarded with Emerald View Vacations is to gather information. We are quite familiar with the area but our team will work with owners to understand everything there is to know about the property.
Next, we will help prepare the property with a deep clean and fresh linens, towels, and amenities. We stock all of the important items so owners have nothing to worry about.
Once set, we will take professional pictures and begin building your listing details.
The on-boarding process takes about 1–2 weeks and then we can begin taking bookings. Our team will walk through all that’s needed to get set up!
Our Services
Accounting
We are all about transparency in regard to the financials. Monthly owner statements are issued with full accounting of expenses and disbursements. Net rental funds are disbursed in a timely manner at the end of every month via ACH deposits. Additionally, Emerald View Vacations collects and pays local, county, and state taxes on your behalf.
Owner Access
Owners will have the ability to view calendars and financials and follow bookings for their property. Owners have the ability to block off dates as desired.
Maintenance
The Emerald View Vacations team manages repairs and maintenance for each property. We take pride in keeping asset value high and minimizing guest troubles.
