The place was super nice and clean! We had an issue with the fridge not cooling but they got back to us immediately and resolved it within the same hour. The view was amazing and the beds/sleeping arrangements were comfortable and roomey. If I come back to the area I would definitely book here again!

I absolutely loved staying at the Top of the Gulf! It was a walkable distance to Toosies which is so good!! We also had everything we could have asked for! Short walk to the beach such kind people! We even had a water issue because of a water pipe bust and Top of the gulf was so proactive. We had on water and electricity on within a hour. Compared to the rest of PCB that didn’t have any water for days. It was just a such amazing stay! I will be staying again!

Patio opens right up to the pool and the beach is only steps past the pool. Great location. Will be back.

Great place to stay especially with younger kids. Beaches aren’t crowded here and pool access is perfect for them. The walk to the beach is super short as well which is great for the kiddos with little legs.

The condo is as described. It is a great location and the Summit offers a lot of amenities. I will say the condo is a bit outdated and needs some tlc. Maybe some more sauce pans and utensils, but to be honest we were rarely in the condo. I had a few issues upon checking and the host responded and attended to those issues immediately making sure they were taken care of. That is why my rating is so high. While the condo could be updated, the service provided when concerns voiced exceeded expectations. Myself and my two children had a wonderful memorable vacation.

Amazing stay! The condo was spotless, modern, and had everything we needed to feel right at home. The ocean view was absolutely breathtaking, especially at sunrise and sunset. The space was comfortable, well-maintained, and made our Panama City Beach trip even more enjoyable. We had a great time! Loved the easy access to the beach. You do have to pay $30 for parking which they communicate before hand :) Would recommend if you don’t plan on staying inside a whole lot and if you’re a couple! AC works GREAT!!

My husband & I are already looking to book for next year! It was so family friendly, clean & plenty of staff. Beach was busy but not crowded & everyone still had space. The food was great & you’re right down the street from down town Panama City! The beach was an easy walk from elevators, pool was great & all of the staff was so friendly & helpful

The room was very nice, located on the 5th floor with a great ocean view. It was clean and well-maintained. The building is within walking distance of the beach, which was very convenient.<br/>Parking cost $30 for the entire stay, and a permit is required. Also, be aware that trailers are not allowed.

Location was perfect, being nestled in a string of several awesome beach towns. Check in and out was easy. It was just a short walk to access a private beach with white sand and clear waters. Air bnb was clean and parking was right out front.

The overall stay was nice but we did have a lil issues . The door was hard to open and close , they sent someone out to fix it which made it better but it was still hard . The toilet kept running and leaking they sent Someone out they didn’t fix it . The morning of checkout I told them again and they said someone would be out after checkout. I also purchased a birthday package for 95 dallor’s it was 6 ballon’s a mini cake and a flower I feel it could of been a lil more thought for the price no decorations on the doors neither. But we enjoyed the weekend and the host was very responsive and try to help with door and bathroom issues. I would stay here again.

This is a great unit. Well maintained and is decorated so well. The beds are the most comfortable beds I have slept in at Panama City Beach  in many years.   Side view of the beach and everything is exactly as described. Pictures are true. Lovely unit and I would try to get this unit again for my next stay.

The condo was exactly what we expected cute and clean and was perfect for a couple planning to just stay the weekend. Common areas around the elevator were not impeccable, but they were fine and our unit itself was sufficient for what we needed. There were plenty of restaurants and bars within walking distance and that made it a great place to just spend a couple of nights we would stay again anytime we were in Panama City for a short visit.

The room looked exactly as pictured. Very clean, cozy, and nicely maintained. It came with plenty of towels, several washcloths, kitchen dishes, dishwasher pods, and even a new bath loofah, which was a nice touch. I’d just recommend bringing your own body wash/soap. The sofa was comfortable for lounging and the bed was comfortable as well, though I personally prefer fluffier pillows. The beach is only about a 2–3 minute walk, and there are several walkable eateries nearby. A parking pass is required for $30 upon arrival. The only issue was that the door code stopped working before the 9:00 AM checkout time. My husband tried to quickly re-enter around 8:45 AM to use the restroom after having loaded our luggage into the car and couldn’t get back in. Just something for future guests to keep in mind if making trips to the car before checkout time. Overall, we enjoyed our stay and would still recommend it.

Unwind in this waterfront retreat. The resort has incredible ocean views and direct access to the beach! 

This ground floor studio condo is well kept and a perfect getaway spot!  With a private patio steps from the beach, it is hard to beat! Nicely decorated, this studio condo is clean and cozy. Beach decor, and an abundance of natural light to give you a perfect sense of peace and quiet away from the city.

This property has great potential but needs maintenance and a deep cleaning very badly! The screen door was broken out to the back patio. The bathroom had mold in the shower, and all over the shower curtain. The linens were stained but luckily we brought our own. The bathroom door was broken and did not lock, and the shower head and handle were loose. There were also many missing outlet covers, which was odd. The host was very responsive, and advise that everything was noted and would be checked. Unfortunately, there was no resolution during our stay.

I loved my stay at this location!! Everything is exactly like what’s pictured and there are no surprises. The property guidebook has all the answers to any questions one might have whether it be about parking and checking in/out to recommendations for food and activities. I would definitely stay here again.

Extremely irresponsible—it’s a total scam. Do not rent from them! They never answer the phone. I was left stranded with my children—both under two years old—and they never responded to calls, texts, or emails. DO NOT RENT FROM THEM; IT IS A SCAM.

This guest booked a reservation at 11 o’clock at night and waited 10 minutes for the door code before calling Airbnb to complain and cancel. The door code is being generated and set up, but the guest did not want to wait an extra five minutes. Very irresponsible of the guest, we are not a hotel so you do need to wait a couple minutes after booking for the room to be prepared and inspected and the door codes to generate. Guess who provided all this information

This condo was so cute! Clean and cozy. The location was awesome and being able to access the pool from the back patio was great. Would stay here again!
