It was beautiful we loved it . Loved the decor and the big closet. We left a note that we broke a coffee cup . We are very sorry did not j ow his to handle that. Since they all matched . The dishwasher would not turn on . Loved it and our door lock battery went out . Got kicked out but kept pushing it . We called they came immediately to put a new one in . Daniel is the Best . I call he always helps me find a room

Here’s a balanced review that highlights the great location while honestly mentioning the cleanliness issues: ⭐⭐⭐⭐ The stay was great overall, especially because of the location. Being so close to the beach was a huge plus, and we really enjoyed our time there. However, the cleanliness could have been better. When we arrived, the apartment was quite dusty, and there was a lot of sand throughout the place. The bathroom also wasn’t as clean as we expected. We enjoyed the stay and the location was excellent, but the cleaning definitely needs some improvement.

Overall a great condo and a great stay, host was super helpful and responsive and the room was beautiful and clean on arrival! Would definitely stay again.

Perfect little space for a couple to enjoy time together by the beach. Place was decorated beautifully and looked better than the pics. Right next to the elevator so the walk isn’t bad! There is a little beeping noise that constantly went off all night, but could easily be fixed I’m sure. Would book here again.

Could not recommend this place enough! BEAUTIFUL panoramic views and the perfect bar area to eat breakfast and look out into the ocean and beach. My husband and I enjoyed our mini vacation in the perfect condo. Will definitely be back for our next trip!!

Place was as described. Other guests were friendly. It was clean. The Toilet and shower drained very slow. Was afraid with too long of a shower, shower basin would overflow. There was a $30 parking fee I wasn’t aware of or possibly overlooked. It was just my daughter and myself so it was perfect for us for a few days but if you plan on having more people storage is very limited. They did provide 2 luggage stands but other than that there wasn’t much storage space. It was first door down the hall so your close to the balcony seating area and elevator. They also provide plenty if luggage carts and parking is close. Pool was very nice but wouldnt call what they consider a spa a spa. It was a kiddie pool. No jets. Same temp as the pool. Overall stay was very nice and would 100% use this place again for the two of us.

We are very happy with our stay. The condo is gorgeous and had everything we needed. Great location and the kiddos loved how close the pool was to the unit. Getting around town was a quick walk or a fun bike ride to other areas. The best part was our amazing family time! Priceless!

This 5th floor studio condominium has an updated bathroom and is a perfect place to relax and unwind! With a fantastic beach view, this condo is hard to beat. Simply designed and decorated with an abundance of natural light gives you a sense of peace and quiet. Featuring two queen beds as well as a sofa. In total the condo sleeps 4 adults.

Top of the Gulf is nice condo building with excellent location on the beach. other residents were very nice. The unit was clean and had everything which you might need for a night. I was a solo traveler. would recommend this to friends!

Great place to stay especially with younger kids. Beaches aren’t crowded here and pool access is perfect for them. The walk to the beach is super short as well which is great for the kiddos with little legs.

It was clean for the most part. The sheets were clean, but one bed seemed to be broken, floors left our feet black, window panels missing, and shower tile was dirty/stained. You can tell most things have just been painted over, but the location was great and so was the view. The kitchen was mostly unusable, but we were there for the beach and that part was great.

Got it for a good price. there was three main issues. The main one for me was that it was so hot and humid even with the fan they give you and the small AC that I sweated through the whole night. My fiancée's mascara started to come off after she just put it on that next morning. (Felt colder outside our room). We went out and bought another fan and there is a dehumidifier in the closet that I recommend stays on 24/7. (BRING FAN) Next there were some hairs here and there and parts of the blinds missing but most if not all the dishes besides pots and pans were dirty with old food. So I ended up cleaning a lot of them. The final issue was that the room across from me had the same door code as mine and when i first arrived I walked into someone taking a shower. They were nice about it and thankfully someone came to change the codes after a couple of hours. Though after the first 2 days it was very nice in the room. They have a fun game room on the 6th floor which has AC and pong.

We stayed 5 nights with 4 people and it was great! The bathroom and kitchen were a little smaller than expected but we were still able to cook meals for dinner! Great location right on the beach with friendly employees. Definitely recommend for a fun beach trip!
