My wife and I thoroughly enjoyed our stay at     Solitude on30A.  The condo was very clean, spacious and comfortable.  We really loved the easy access to the beach, which made it easy to catch the sunrise and the sunset every morning and every evening.  My wife love how the beautiful Condos set above the dunes.  We love the area and the many choices of venues and restaurants.  Continue  your professionalism and willingness to make your guest feel at home, comforting, and secure.  We’re definitely looking to return in the near future.

The view of the ocean from the very nice condo and the accessibility to the ocean was exactly what I was hoping for with this booking. Any other time I have stayed in the area I have always had a long drive or walk to get to the beach, but the convenience offered by this location took the vacation to another level.

This was our second visit to the ocean view condo and we really enjoy our stay here, the renovations are really nice, all you need for a comfortable stay, could use new pillows though, but the close beach access and the pool is great, and of course the price can't be beat. We enjoy being close to all you need, restaurant , groceries store

I had a wonderful stay this past weekend! The location was excellent — just a short walk to the beach with easy access. The view from the apartment was absolutely beautiful. Everything inside was clean, comfortable, and exactly as described. Communication with the host was smooth and easy throughout the entire process. Great place for our group to stay for a bachelorette party! Super close to the Rosemary square and Alys beach. Shuttle to beach was great and pool is right next door to the building.

We stayed 5 nights with 4 people and it was great! The bathroom and kitchen were a little smaller than expected but we were still able to cook meals for dinner! Great location right on the beach with friendly employees. Definitely recommend for a fun beach trip!

Loved the space! So cute and cozy. Loved the decor and how updated the appliances and decor were! Cons: NO BALCONY!! I was so surprised…it may have been a detail I missed but if I had known it would have been a game changer in my decision. Bring your favorite skillet..not many at all to choose from. But has most basic amenities. Water pressure in the bathroom is ok. Other than that I would def recommend. Great view! Great pool area, the workers are so nice and everything was very clean! Located in a great part of Panama City away from the congestion! The room overall is super cute.

This was a great space to stay for a writing retreat. Seamless check-in (coded entry), the wristbands for the resort were already in the space so no need to check in w/resort management. The room was gorgeous - possibly even prettier than it is in pictures. The windows make for a constant ocean panorama. I sat many hours on the bench facing the ocean to write, and one window opens. Due to this I didn't really regret not having a balcony. The kitchen was well stocked with cooking tools, including a toaster and Keurig (2 K cups provided). There is no in room ice maker but ice is available for purchase down by the pool. No other food/extras were provided in the kitchen. Huge TV with Roku, easy to see from bed and the couch. The resort itself is fine, possibly slightly dated. There's a pool with a lot of lounge chairs around it, and a snack shack situation. The beach was a 3 minute walk from the room. note: location isn't super walkable to much, so be prepared to Uber to food, etc

I cannot say enough great things about our stay in this Airbnb! Firstly, the pictures don’t do the spaciousness of the condo justice and we were impressed with how updated and well decorated it was! The kitchen is fully stocked with anything you could possibly need. We were steps away from direct access to two pools which were just lively enough but not overcrowded. Rosemary Beach and restaurants are a 5 minute walk, there are shops, restaurants, and Starbucks right in the complex, as well as a shuttle to take you around Seacrest Beach. Everything felt close and we were able to take a 5 minute bike ride to Alys beach during our stay using the bikes that were provided. This stay is a 10/10 for location alone, central to anything you need! We can’t wait to visit again.

The room was perfect for the 3 of us! it’s not a huge room but is definitely big enough for 4 people! the pricing was amazing compared to many other places especially being on the beach! no problems at all with check-in or check-out you don’t even have to go to front desk only to get your parking pass which was $30. We had an amazing time loved the pool and hang out spot above the snack place had a beautiful view of the ocean! The pool was not crowded like many other places especially later in the day it was empty so that was great! We would definitely recommend this stay and would stay again!

This private beach house is a favorite for many of our guests. Known for its family friendly atmosphere and privacy, it is easy to see why this house is so popular.

No parking fee! Your own private fenced parking at the house. No resort or beach access fees! Walk across the street to the beach!

Inside this private beach house you will find 2 bedrooms, the first with a king bed, the second with a queen bed. The living room has a sofa that can pull out to a queen bed.

I will say the location is perfect. It’s not in the middle of everything but you can get to everything within seconds. The home was extremely small. Smaller than I expected. The bedrooms could only fit the bed and I was very disappointed that the only tv in the home was in the living room. My reasoning for the review is because of the few things we should have had but didn’t. We didn’t have additional toilet paper, no simple salt and pepper, no soap, no trash bags. We had to go buy ALL of these things for ourselves which I’ve never had to do at an Airbnb. The bathroom door needs to be shaved or something. It’s extremely hard to open once you close it. Overall it is a nice location however the photos do make the rooms look way bigger than the are. I booked this location for my littles for husband and mother in law and it was good for us minus the fact we had to go to the store multiple times after realizing we didn’t have certain things we should have had.

Family of 5 and dog in town for a wedding.  House was light and bright and looked like the pictures.  Liked the gate across the driveway that kept our dog safely on the property and the easy walk to beach access.  Beach chairs, umbrella, boogie boards also provided at the house.  The house gave us a bit more room and amenities than a hotel room.  If more than a party of 2, I would recommend bringing your own toiletries as the ones provided are small.  Beds were comfortable and house was very clean and easy to reserve.

Perfect amenities! Cosy, but has ABSOLUTELY Everything you need. 5 min to grocery, beach, activities. But not smack dab in the middle of the hustle and bustle which makes it peaceful. Pretty private also.
