Place was as described. Other guests were friendly. It was clean. The Toilet and shower drained very slow. Was afraid with too long of a shower, shower basin would overflow. There was a $30 parking fee I wasn’t aware of or possibly overlooked. It was just my daughter and myself so it was perfect for us for a few days but if you plan on having more people storage is very limited. They did provide 2 luggage stands but other than that there wasn’t much storage space. It was first door down the hall so your close to the balcony seating area and elevator. They also provide plenty if luggage carts and parking is close. Pool was very nice but wouldnt call what they consider a spa a spa. It was a kiddie pool. No jets. Same temp as the pool. Overall stay was very nice and would 100% use this place again for the two of us.

We are very happy with our stay. The condo is gorgeous and had everything we needed. Great location and the kiddos loved how close the pool was to the unit. Getting around town was a quick walk or a fun bike ride to other areas. The best part was our amazing family time! Priceless!

we had a amazing stay here. when we arrived we did have to pay for a $30 parking pass. everything inside the room looked exactly like the pictures. the side view of the beach was a plus. we did have a slight issue with the shower, but we figured it out. overall, our stay was great! everything was clean and the area was perfect. we’re definitely planning on coming back.

We had a great stay! I love that the beach in front of this area is less populated. Only thing is there is a smell in the bathroom that was noticeable like other guests have stated. I didn't knock my rating down for the unit due to it. I am assuming it is a building issue. Loved we could pay $20 for early check in as well.

For 4 beds that comfortably sleep 2 adults and 2 teens. This place is a great deal.

The place was super nice and clean! We had an issue with the fridge not cooling but they got back to us immediately and resolved it within the same hour. The view was amazing and the beds/sleeping arrangements were comfortable and roomey. If I come back to the area I would definitely book here again!

We had the perfect long weekend get away for 2! The beach wasn’t crowded in April, but still walkable distance to grab a drink on the beach at Pineapple Willy’s! They provide beach chairs which is super convenient!

As we walked in the place looked perfect! Me and my Fiancé had stayed here to celebrate our 4 year anniversary and has a blast! He proposed on the very beach the rental has to offer us!! I would very much recommend this place for a couples stay!! The place felt right as home and we completed a fun puzzle and played some games during our stay, plenty of amenities to do around us and quite a lovely time on the beach!!

The condo is perfect for couples - the canopy bed, electric fireplace and tasteful decor create a romantic hideaway that you never want to leave.  Condo was immaculate and equipped with everything you need for a beach retreat.

I planned to stay there for two nights, but one was enough. I was totally disappointed. The building is neglected and in poor condition. I'll use that same amount of money to rent a room in a nice hotel next time. It was a frustrating weekend.

We are unsure what the real issue was, the guest arrived and wanted to leave after 1 day.  This unit gets nothing but great reviews. Seems guest just wanted a refund which we did even though it was against policy just to avoid issues. Unfortunately some guests act this way and it’s unfortunate. Guest was banned from future rentals and shared with other hosts.

The Condo/ resort was great, and we thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The room was very clean and super nice. The remote to the tv was dead when we arrived so we had to buy fresh batteries, and the fridge took a while to get things cold. Aside from those two things though, this Airbnb was perfect for a couples retreat.

Place was exactly as shown in pictures. When we first walked in we did not a weird smell (maybe smoke) but not bad. Bathroom was small and bed was really squeaky.  Loved the complimentary coffee, tea , soap , beach chairs etc. The automatic fireplace was nice also. I overall enjoyed my stay.
