Could not recommend this place enough! BEAUTIFUL panoramic views and the perfect bar area to eat breakfast and look out into the ocean and beach. My husband and I enjoyed our mini vacation in the perfect condo. Will definitely be back for our next trip!!

Todo estuvo excelente. El lugar era exactamente como se veía en las fotos, muy limpio y cómodo, y además estábamos muy cerca de la playa. Place was as described. Other guests were friendly. It was clean. The Toilet and shower drained very slow. Was afraid with too long of a shower, shower basin would overflow. There was a $30 parking fee I wasn’t aware of or possibly overlooked. It was just my daughter and myself so it was perfect for us for a few days but if you plan on having more people storage is very limited. They did provide 2 luggage stands but other than that there wasn’t much storage space. It was first door down the hall so your close to the balcony seating area and elevator. They also provide plenty if luggage carts and parking is close. Pool was very nice but wouldnt call what they consider a spa a spa. It was a kiddie pool. No jets. Same temp as the pool. Overall stay was very nice and would 100% use this place again for the two of us.

We are very happy with our stay. The condo is gorgeous and had everything we needed. Great location and the kiddos loved how close the pool was to the unit. Getting around town was a quick walk or a fun bike ride to other areas. The best part was our amazing family time! Priceless!

we had a amazing stay here. when we arrived we did have to pay for a $30 parking pass. everything inside the room looked exactly like the pictures. the side view of the beach was a plus. we did have a slight issue with the shower, but we figured it out. overall, our stay was great! everything was clean and the area was perfect. we’re definitely planning on coming back.

We had a great stay! I love that the beach in front of this area is less populated. Only thing is there is a smell in the bathroom that was noticeable like other guests have stated. I didn't knock my rating down for the unit due to it. I am assuming it is a building issue. Loved we could pay $20 for early check in as well.

The place was super nice and clean! We had an issue with the fridge not cooling but they got back to us immediately and resolved it within the same hour. The view was amazing and the beds/sleeping arrangements were comfortable and roomey. If I come back to the area I would definitely book here again!

Top of the Gulf is nice condo building with excellent location on the beach. other residents were very nice. The unit was clean and had everything which you might need for a night. I was a solo traveler. would recommend this to friends!

This 7th floor studio condominium has been renovated and is perfect! With an incredible view of the beach it is hard to beat! Beautifully designed and decorated, this studio condo is clean and luxurious with an abundance of natural light to give you a perfect sense of peace and quiet away from the hustle and bustle.

Beautiful condo!!!  The condo structure itself is built in such a way that you feel like you are on a cruise.. same in the room and from those windows.  Just beautiful.

The place was clean but the Pillows were stained. The matteress was lumpy and we weren't able to sleep. For the same money, Embassy suites has a much better bed and they respond and take care of your needs immediately. All the pots were old and scratched up to where the coating was peeling off. The coffee machine was broken. I did get a response from Emerald Vacations but they didn't follow up or provide pillow cases or fix the coffee machine

Guest never contacted us with a complaint other than they must have broken the coffee machine. We brought a new one within a day. Pretty good response I would say. But these days you cant seems to make people happy.

I halfway expected the pictured view to be some trick of perspective but I was pleasantly surprised by the beautiful view of the beach just below. The unit itself appears to be freshly remodeled and was just as shown. The beach was absolutely beautiful and only a few steps away. This was a perfect space for a weekend trip!

Loved the space! So cute and cozy. Loved the decor and how updated the appliances and decor were!<br/>Cons: NO BALCONY!! I was so surprised…it may have been a detail I missed but if I had known it would have been a game changer in my decision. Bring your favorite skillet..not many at all to choose from. But has most basic amenities. Water pressure in the bathroom is ok.<br/>Other than that I would def recommend. Great view! Great pool area, the workers are so nice and everything was very clean! Located in a great part of Panama City away from the congestion! The room overall is super cute.
