This 3rd floor studio condo has been renovated and is perfect! With an incredible partial view of the beach it is hard to beat! Beautifully designed and decorated, this studio condo is clean and luxurious. Shiplap walls, beach decor, and an abundance of natural light to give you a perfect sense of peace and quiet away from the city.

Place was as described. Other guests were friendly. It was clean. The Toilet and shower drained very slow. Was afraid with too long of a shower, shower basin would overflow. There was a $30 parking fee I wasn’t aware of or possibly overlooked. It was just my daughter and myself so it was perfect for us for a few days but if you plan on having more people storage is very limited. They did provide 2 luggage stands but other than that there wasn’t much storage space. It was first door down the hall so your close to the balcony seating area and elevator. They also provide plenty if luggage carts and parking is close. Pool was very nice but wouldnt call what they consider a spa a spa. It was a kiddie pool. No jets. Same temp as the pool. Overall stay was very nice and would 100% use this place again for the two of us.

Overall, we had a great stay and would definitely come back! The room was a little warm at times, but it wasn't uncomfortable enough to affect our stay. We did notice a brief smoke smell at one point, which made us think something might be on fire, but it disappeared fairly quickly. When we reached out, the host took a little longer than expected to respond, though it wasn't a major issue since the smell had already gone away. The host explained that it may have been related to the building's ventilation system. Other than that, everything was great, and we really enjoyed our stay!

We were heading back home to Indiana from PCB and decided last minute to stay one more night before the drive home. We came across this beautiful place through Airbnb and it ended up being the best decision. The pictures honestly do not do it justice. The beach was absolutely beautiful, the condo was clean and comfortable, and the whole experience was relaxing from start to finish. We already know we’ll be back and definitely plan to stay longer next time!
