We had a great stay! I love that the beach in front of this area is less populated. Only thing is there is a smell in the bathroom that was noticeable like other guests have stated. I didn't knock my rating down for the unit due to it. I am assuming it is a building issue. Loved we could pay $20 for early check in as well.

The place was super nice and clean! We had an issue with the fridge not cooling but they got back to us immediately and resolved it within the same hour. The view was amazing and the beds/sleeping arrangements were comfortable and roomey. If I come back to the area I would definitely book here again!

I absolutely loved staying at the Top of the Gulf! It was a walkable distance to Toosies which is so good!! We also had everything we could have asked for! Short walk to the beach such kind people! We even had a water issue because of a water pipe bust and Top of the gulf was so proactive. We had on water and electricity on within a hour. Compared to the rest of PCB that didn’t have any water for days. It was just a such amazing stay! I will be staying again!

Patio opens right up to the pool and the beach is only steps past the pool. Great location. Will be back.

Great place to stay especially with younger kids. Beaches aren’t crowded here and pool access is perfect for them. The walk to the beach is super short as well which is great for the kiddos with little legs.

The condo is as described. It is a great location and the Summit offers a lot of amenities. I will say the condo is a bit outdated and needs some tlc. Maybe some more sauce pans and utensils, but to be honest we were rarely in the condo. I had a few issues upon checking and the host responded and attended to those issues immediately making sure they were taken care of. That is why my rating is so high. While the condo could be updated, the service provided when concerns voiced exceeded expectations. Myself and my two children had a wonderful memorable vacation.

Amazing stay! The condo was spotless, modern, and had everything we needed to feel right at home. The ocean view was absolutely breathtaking, especially at sunrise and sunset. The space was comfortable, well-maintained, and made our Panama City Beach trip even more enjoyable. We had a great time! Loved the easy access to the beach. You do have to pay $30 for parking which they communicate before hand :) Would recommend if you don’t plan on staying inside a whole lot and if you’re a couple! AC works GREAT!!

My husband & I are already looking to book for next year! It was so family friendly, clean & plenty of staff. Beach was busy but not crowded & everyone still had space. The food was great & you’re right down the street from down town Panama City! The beach was an easy walk from elevators, pool was great & all of the staff was so friendly & helpful

The room was very nice, located on the 5th floor with a great ocean view. It was clean and well-maintained. The building is within walking distance of the beach, which was very convenient.<br/>Parking cost $30 for the entire stay, and a permit is required. Also, be aware that trailers are not allowed.

Location was perfect, being nestled in a string of several awesome beach towns. Check in and out was easy. It was just a short walk to access a private beach with white sand and clear waters. Air bnb was clean and parking was right out front.

The overall stay was nice but we did have a lil issues . The door was hard to open and close , they sent someone out to fix it which made it better but it was still hard . The toilet kept running and leaking they sent Someone out they didn’t fix it . The morning of checkout I told them again and they said someone would be out after checkout. I also purchased a birthday package for 95 dallor’s it was 6 ballon’s a mini cake and a flower I feel it could of been a lil more thought for the price no decorations on the doors neither. But we enjoyed the weekend and the host was very responsive and try to help with door and bathroom issues. I would stay here again.

This is a great unit. Well maintained and is decorated so well. The beds are the most comfortable beds I have slept in at Panama City Beach  in many years.   Side view of the beach and everything is exactly as described. Pictures are true. Lovely unit and I would try to get this unit again for my next stay.

This property is very run down with a broken dishwasher and a major smell of mold.  The outside had mold all over the building along with wood rot.  Location to beach is great though

My wife and I thoroughly enjoyed our stay at     Solitude on30A.  The condo was very clean, spacious and comfortable.  We really loved the easy access to the beach, which made it easy to catch the sunrise and the sunset every morning and every evening.  My wife love how the beautiful Condos set above the dunes.  We love the area and the many choices of venues and restaurants.  Continue  your professionalism and willingness to make your guest feel at home, comforting, and secure.  We’re definitely looking to return in the near future.
