The condo is as described. It is a great location and the Summit offers a lot of amenities. I will say the condo is a bit outdated and needs some tlc. Maybe some more sauce pans and utensils, but to be honest we were rarely in the condo. I had a few issues upon checking and the host responded and attended to those issues immediately making sure they were taken care of. That is why my rating is so high. While the condo could be updated, the service provided when concerns voiced exceeded expectations. Myself and my two children had a wonderful memorable vacation.

Amazing stay! The condo was spotless, modern, and had everything we needed to feel right at home. The ocean view was absolutely breathtaking, especially at sunrise and sunset. The space was comfortable, well-maintained, and made our Panama City Beach trip even more enjoyable. We would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a relaxing beachfront getaway!

We had a great time! Loved the easy access to the beach. You do have to pay $30 for parking which they communicate before hand :) Would recommend if you don’t plan on staying inside a whole lot and if you’re a couple! AC works GREAT!!
