The overall stay was nice but we did have a lil issues . The door was hard to open and close , they sent someone out to fix it which made it better but it was still hard . The toilet kept running and leaking they sent Someone out they didn’t fix it . The morning of checkout I told them again and they said someone would be out after checkout. I also purchased a birthday package for 95 dallor’s it was 6 ballon’s a mini cake and a flower I feel it could of been a lil more thought for the price no decorations on the doors neither. But we enjoyed the weekend and the host was very responsive and try to help with door and bathroom issues. I would stay here again.

This is a great unit. Well maintained and is decorated so well. The beds are the most comfortable beds I have slept in at Panama City Beach  in many years.   Side view of the beach and everything is exactly as described. Pictures are true. Lovely unit and I would try to get this unit again for my next stay.

The condo was exactly what we expected cute and clean and was perfect for a couple planning to just stay the weekend. Common areas around the elevator were not impeccable, but they were fine and our unit itself was sufficient for what we needed. There were plenty of restaurants and bars within walking distance and that made it a great place to just spend a couple of nights we would stay again anytime we were in Panama City for a short visit.

The room looked exactly as pictured. Very clean, cozy, and nicely maintained. It came with plenty of towels, several washcloths, kitchen dishes, dishwasher pods, and even a new bath loofah, which was a nice touch. I’d just recommend bringing your own body wash/soap. The sofa was comfortable for lounging and the bed was comfortable as well, though I personally prefer fluffier pillows. The beach is only about a 2–3 minute walk, and there are several walkable eateries nearby. A parking pass is required for $30 upon arrival. The only issue was that the door code stopped working before the 9:00 AM checkout time. My husband tried to quickly re-enter around 8:45 AM to use the restroom after having loaded our luggage into the car and couldn’t get back in. Just something for future guests to keep in mind if making trips to the car before checkout time. Overall, we enjoyed our stay and would still recommend it.

I had a great stay at Emerald Resort! Everything was very clean, peaceful, and quiet, which made for a relaxing experience. We did have a minor issue during our stay, but the host was extremely responsive and handled it quickly, which I truly appreciated. Overall, the service and accommodations were excellent. This place is a perfect stay at PCB, located right by Tootsie’s, a 10 minute drive from just about every attraction you would want to go to and not to mention it was beautiful! The room looks exactly like the photos, extremely clean and comfortable. Daniel made it so hard to leave, we extended our stay! I highly recommend if you are wanting to stay with some friends and want to be on the water with low pay.

We were heading back home to Indiana from PCB and decided last minute to stay one more night before the drive home. We came across this beautiful place through Airbnb and it ended up being the best decision. The pictures honestly do not do it justice. The beach was absolutely beautiful, the condo was clean and comfortable, and the whole experience was relaxing from start to finish. We already know we’ll be back and definitely plan to stay longer next time!

It was clean for the most part. The sheets were clean, but one bed seemed to be broken, floors left our feet black, window panels missing, and shower tile was dirty/stained. You can tell most things have just been painted over, but the location was great and so was the view. The kitchen was mostly unusable, but we were there for the beach and that part was great.

This condo was absolutely amazing and easily one of the best deals we’ve found on Airbnb. The ocean view was beautiful, and the inside was clearly remodeled and looked exactly like the pictures. Super clean, modern, and honestly even better in person. We unfortunately had rain and cloudy weather our whole stay, which made having such a nice condo even more important, and we still had a blast. The keypad/code entry was also really convenient because we never had to worry about carrying around a key card. The location was great too, close to plenty of places to eat and things to do in PCB. Paula was extremely nice and helpful, and we really appreciated her. The only downside was that the lady at the front desk and a couple of the staff members were rude at times, but honestly you have very little interaction with them and it’s not really the Airbnb owner’s fault. Overall, we had a great experience and would definitely stay here again!

Absolutely in love with the place! Looks just like the photos and more. The place has beach chairs and umbrellas in there already. The amenities of the place are amazing. This 3rd floor studio condominium has been renovated and is perfect! With an incredible view of the beach and coffee station it is hard to beat! Beautifully designed and decorated with shiplap walls, beachy decor, and an abundance of natural light to give you a perfect sense of peace and quiet away from the hustle and bustle.

Would NOT recommend. The air conditioner does not work. I see other reviews state that as well. I reached out and they had an HVAC man come but he said “The thermostat was set to 67 and the room said it was 67 so it’s working”. Mind you when I arrived, the thermostat was on 62 and it was no way 62. We were sweating. I was told by management it could’ve frozen up and to turn it off and give it time. Once that didn’t work they called their HVAC guy. I was then told it was fine and I couldn’t expect it to get below 70 degrees since it’s 100 outside (mind you the high for all 3 days was 82). There is only one vent in the entire unit. It also smelled horribly of weed and I was told “it happens”. Would not recommend.

A beautiful unit and the AC is fine, and was confirmed to be working great. Guest was not happy that it was 67 degrees… we don’t understand the complaint unless trying to get something for free because she asked for a huge refund.

My experience with Airbnb at this property was extremely disappointing. A resort fee was charged separately and should have been clearly included in the initial booking cost. Upon arrival, we discovered the bed frame was broken and reported it immediately at 6 PM on the day of check-in. The host showed little concern and did not address the issue until after noon the following day. When the contractor arrived, his dismissive attitude—asking how we slept—was unacceptable, especially given the obvious dip in the mattress and the inadequate twin-size futon provided as an alternative. Additionally, despite notifying the host that a guest worked from home, construction noise began early each morning, with loud yelling and banging that disrupted the stay. Cleanliness was also subpar, with visible yellow stains on white bedding. The unit failed to maintain a comfortable temperature—the air did not get cold, and the water did not get hot. Overall, this was an unacceptable experience.

Guest tried to get a full refund for something very minor that was fixed the next day. We were notified late at night and the next morning stopped to see the issue, we found a brace was broken on the bed, we then went to get the material and fixed. The guest was very happy when we were there so interesting they leave such an unfair review, but it shows they only wanted something for free. Quite sad and reported to ABNB and banned from renting from us again.

When we arrived, the room smelled like weed and was very hot. Even after lowering the temperature, it never cooled properly. The AC unit kept shutting off and restarting every minute or two and was very loud throughout our stay. We could also hear water running through the walls. The mattress was badly sunk in the middle, causing us to lay at an angle instead of flat. Before leaving, we stripped the sheets and noticed the mattress cover was heavily stained with large yellow spots, including along the sides. This was very upsetting, as we expect rentals to be clean and sanitary. We were required to be out by 9:00 AM, but at 8:30 AM the cleaning staff entered the room without knocking or announcing themselves. Thankfully, I had just finished getting dressed. Thought that was very unprofessional and rude. Needless to say the view of the beach was nice. But, we won’t be booking this location again.
