My wife and I enjoyed the condo. A much better view and only able to hear the ocean from the back deck made it a very peaceful stay. The bedding was comfortable. This was the first time ever staying in a condo and we enjoyed it.

My wife and I thoroughly enjoyed our stay at     Solitude on30A.  The condo was very clean, spacious and comfortable.  We really loved the easy access to the beach, which made it easy to catch the sunrise and the sunset every morning and every evening.  My wife love how the beautiful Condos set above the dunes.  We love the area and the many choices of venues and restaurants.  Continue  your professionalism and willingness to make your guest feel at home, comforting, and secure.  We’re definitely looking to return in the near future.

The view of the ocean from the very nice condo and the accessibility to the ocean was exactly what I was hoping for with this booking. Any other time I have stayed in the area I have always had a long drive or walk to get to the beach, but the convenience offered by this location took the vacation to another level.

This was our second visit to the ocean view condo and we really enjoy our stay here, the renovations are really nice, all you need for a comfortable stay, could use new pillows though, but the close beach access and the pool is great, and of course the price can't be beat. We enjoy being close to all you need, restaurant , groceries store

I had a wonderful stay this past weekend! The location was excellent — just a short walk to the beach with easy access. The view from the apartment was absolutely beautiful. Great place for our group to stay for a bachelorette party! Super close to the Rosemary square and Alys beach. Shuttle to beach was great and pool is right next door to the building.

We stayed 5 nights with 4 people and it was great! The bathroom and kitchen were a little smaller than expected but we were still able to cook meals for dinner! Great location right on the beach with friendly employees. Definitely recommend for a fun beach trip!

This 8th floor studio condominium is a perfect place to relax and unwind! With a full beach view, this condo is hard to beat. Nicely decorated and an abundance of natural light gives you a sense of peace and quiet. Featuring a queen bed as well as a sofa that folds out into a bed. In total the condo can sleep 3 adults.

Overall, our stay was good. We did not spend a lot of time in the room, so the other reviews saying it is “old” or “rundown” didn’t mean much to us, as it had a comfortable bed, cold AC & a hot shower. Yes the unit is dated (tile missing/sub floor showing at the door, a large crack along the ceiling above the tv, dirty bathroom vent, mismatched crown moulding etc) but the whole area appeared to be that way. We weren’t happy that the curtains were not only extremely sheer, but didn’t completely cover the windows. Once the sun was up, the unit lit up & chunks of light escaped the edges of the curtains waking us up early. Also the shower didn’t drain well so we had to stand in our dirty water while showering. Besides that, we enjoyed the close proximity to the beach, the chairs/tables outside by the pool/snack shack were nice & the staff was very nice. We can see past the little issues, so we will def be back to visit again.

The unit was advertised as a "luxury" listing. The only thing luxury about it was the view. The unit was very dated. The photos shown don't reflect what is in the apartment and the blurred images hide some of the less desirable details. The cabinets were off kilter with peeling paint, there were holes in the walls and cracks in the ceilings. The vent was dirty and incredibly loud. It never shut off no matter how I adjusted the temp. There was a walk-in dressing room with the door removed and a curtain in its place. The kitchen counter looks to be 1940s formica.  There's also a big gap under the door making it easy for someone to pick the handle. There is also a  door which looks like it must go into the next unit secured with the tiniest piece of metal and flimsy screws- not in the picture because they hid it with an orange cabinet that is not in unit. As a single female I did not feel very safe here. None of the furniture was comfortable. It was clean except the vents and cabinets.
