PROPERTY OVERVIEW

Top of the Gulf Beach Resort is a long time favorite for many families. Known for its family friendly atmosphere and wealth of amenities, it is easy to see why Top of the Gulf is one of the popular resorts in Panama City Beach, Florida.

Included with your rental is full access to resort amenities such as pool, hot tub, fitness area, snack bar, and more. We encourage everyone to take full advantage of these great amenities.

The wristbands provided at check-in will grant access from the beach back into the resort. It is important to keep these with you to avoid any issues.

For your convenience there are trash shoots on each floor next to the elevators.

Quiet time on the property is 11PM to 8AM.

CONDO OVERVIEW, AMENITIES, AND RULES

SLEEPING ARRANGEMENTS

Your studio condo sleeps 1-4 people and features a queen bed for sleeping 2. The hall day bed is set up with twin mattresses, and in the main common area the couch can be pulled out and converts into a queen bed.

BATHROOM

This unit has 1 bath and for your convenience our team has provided shampoo, conditioner, and body wash. Fresh bath towels and hand towels are also supplied.

KITCHEN

A fully stocked kitchen is ready to use. In addition to the main appliances there is also a toaster, blender. The dishwasher is ready to use and dishwashing detergent is also provided.

ENTERTAINMENT

In the condo are smart TVs and ready to login to your favorite apps.

BEACH ACCESS

Keep your wristbands on during your stay for access to the beach direct from the resort. Wristbands must be left in the condo when checking out. The cost for lost wristbands is $20.

Our team and owners take pride in their property and we ask that our guest treat the resort and the unit with respect. Our team inspects properties before and after each visit.

There is NO SMOKING inside or outside of the unit.

NO PETS are allowed in the property

The Top of the Gulf does not allow guests staying at the resort to have visitors.

Don't get in the water! DOUBLE RED FLAG: Very High Hazard and water closed to public.

RED FLAG: High Hazard with high surf and strong currents.

YELLOW FLAG: Medium Hazard with moderate surf and/or strong currents.

GREEN FLAG: Low Hazard with calm conditions, but caution still advised.

PURPLE FLAG: Dangerous marine life.

*Swimmers will see the purple flag in conjunction with another color, such as red, yellow or green.
