BEACH ACCESS

Keep your wristbands on during your stay for access to the beach direct from the resort. Wristbands must be left in the condo when checking out. The cost for lost wristbands is $20.

BEACH CHAIRS

Beach chair service is not included with this condo. Beach service is available for purchase from March 1 to October 31. To reserve beach chair service visit the team on the beach.

PROPERTY OVERVIEW

Top of the Gulf Resort is a long time favorite for many families. Known for its quiet family friendly atmosphere and wealth of amenities, it is easy to see why it is one of the most popular resorts in Panama City Beach, Florida.

Included with your rental is full access to resort amenities such as pool, hot tub, fitness area, game room, and more. We encourage everyone to take full advantage of these great amenities.

The wristbands provided at check-in will grant access from the beach back into the resort. It is important to keep these with you to avoid any issues.

For your convenience there are trash shoots on each floor near to the elevators.

CONDO OVERVIEW, AMENITIES, AND RULES

SLEEPING ARRANGEMENTS

Your condo sleeps 4 people. The studio features two queen beds and a sleeper sofa.

BATHROOM

The bathroom has a nice shower and all needed for a comfortable stay. For your convenience our team has provided shampoo, conditioner, and body wash. Fresh bath towels and hand towels are also supplied.

KITCHEN

A fully stocked kitchen is ready to use. In addition to the main appliances there is also a toaster, blender. The dishwasher is ready to use and dishwashing detergent is also provided.

ENTERTAINMENT

All of the televisions in the condo are smart TVs and ready to login to your favorite apps. Additionally, if available on the smart TV, the app FDTV+ can be used to watch local channels.

Our team and owners take pride in their property and we ask that our guest treat the resort and the unit with respect. Our team inspects properties before and after each visit.

BEACH WARNING FLAGS

Don't get in the water! DOUBLE RED FLAG: Very High Hazard and water closed to public.

RED FLAG: High Hazard with high surf and strong currents.

YELLOW FLAG: Medium Hazard with moderate surf and/or strong currents.

GREEN FLAG: Low Hazard with calm conditions, but caution still advised.

PURPLE FLAG: Dangerous marine life.

*Swimmers will see the purple flag in conjunction with another color, such as red, yellow or green.
